Verify your amigurumi stitch counts — before your testers do.
Paste your written pattern below. StitchCheck recalculates every round's stitch math (sc / inc / dec) and flags rounds where the declared count doesn't match the arithmetic. Nothing is uploaded — the pattern never leaves this browser tab.
Scope (v1): amigurumi / crochet-in-the-round patterns written in English, using standard US abbreviations (sc, hdc, dc, tr, inc, dec, sl st) with "Rnd N:" or "(N, M rnds)" range notation. Not knitting. Not flat/garment crochet. Not a substitute for a human tech editor.
StitchCheck Pro adds multi-size grading consistency checks, saved pattern history, and a downloadable round-by-round report. (Closed beta — v1 ships stitch-count checking only.)
Why "not AI"?
StitchCheck does not call any language model. Every check is plain arithmetic: each round's instructions (sc / inc / dec / stitch groups) are converted into a stitch count and compared against the number you declared. If a line uses notation we don't recognize yet, we say so — we never guess and silently show a "pass".
